Refund Policy

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 3 days of receiving your order. You can return your product and receive a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned.
• Returned items must not be opened still and be returned in original packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

Write us an email or send us a whatsapp message on the product that you wish to return (Please mention your order number in the subject line).
Attach the order invoice within the email.
Prepare the product and you will receive an email or message from us on the collection schedule.

• Product collection will take up to 7 working days
• Credit Card refunds take up to 14 working days from the date of collection of the product
